All of our rooms are en-suite. Complimentary, high-speed wifi is available throughout. Ironing facilities available upon request. Breakfast is not included.
As a family-run guest house, we have the advantage of being able to offer a very personal service. We have been awarded numerous accolades over the years for our quality, and our level of hospitality. We will happily discuss your interests, and help where we can to make your stay in Cambridge a memorable one.
Situated in the heart of Cambridge, within walking distance of Cambridge's city centre, and the many of the world-reknown Cambridge University colleges.
Despite being located close to the centre of this historic city, there are plenty of open green-spaces nearby, such as Midsummer Common and Jesus Green, providing tranquil, scenic walkways alongside the river Cam. Our attractive, Victorian house has been carefully extended and renovated to provide cosy accommodation and a relaxing atmosphere.
There are excellent transport links right on our doorstep, with short commutes to both of Cambridge's train stations, business parks, and an abundance of local amenities. Extensive tourist information is available at our reception area.

If you wish to contact us regarding a new or existing booking, we recommend using our contact form and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
If you need to speak to us urgently, then we advise that you telephone us, subject to our opening hours, because whilst we will strive to be as responsive as possible, we cannot guarantee that emails will be immediately read or responded to.
All bookings must be secured by a valid credit/debit card.
Payment on departure (or on arrival if departing before 10.00 am).
We accept the following pament methods. There is no surcharge to pay by any of these means.
No matter which payment method you intend to pay by, as per our terms, a valid credit or debit is required in to secure your booking. This card will not be charged for your stay unless requested, but will be verified.
A minimum of 72 hours notice must be given in order to cancel bookings for up to and including 3 days.
A minimum of 14 days for all group bookings, and for bookings that are 4 or more nights.
All cancellations or amendments requests must be made in writing, email, or via the contact form on our website.
Verbal cancellations or amendments will not be accepted.
Cancellations that do not meet the above criteria, and/or premature departures, irrespective of reason, shall be charged in full to the card used to secure the booking.
